Hydro Research accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the products are unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original condition. If your order qualifies, please contact our support team with your order details so we can review the request and provide the next steps.

Refunds and return approvals are reviewed to protect product integrity while still giving researchers a clear, fair process when an order issue occurs.

Eligibility

When a Return May Be Accepted

Within 30 Days of Delivery The return request must be submitted within 30 days after the order is delivered.
Unopened and Unused Products must remain sealed, unopened, unused, and free from tampering.
Original Condition Products should be returned in their original condition with all original packaging included.
Order Information Provided Please include your order number, contact information, and the reason for the return request.
Return Conditions

Products Must Be Unopened and in Original Condition

To be eligible for return, products must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in the same original condition in which they were delivered. Opened, used, damaged, altered, or tampered products are not eligible for standard return approval.

Please contact support before sending any product back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Wrong, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

If you received the wrong product or your product arrived damaged, please contact support with clear photo proof and your order number. Once reviewed, we will help determine whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.

For FedEx delivery delays, please initiate a missing mail request with FedEx first. If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days after that request, contact Hydro Research support with the tracking details so we can review the issue.

Before You Request a Return

  • Confirm the request is being made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Make sure the product is unopened, unused, sealed, and in original condition.
  • Have your order number and contact information ready.
  • For wrong or damaged products, include clear photos showing the issue.
  • For delivery delays, include the tracking number and FedEx missing mail request details.

Review and Approval

Return and refund requests are reviewed by our support team. Approval may depend on the delivery date, product condition, packaging condition, proof provided, and the details of the order issue.

Requests submitted after the 30-day delivery window are not guaranteed, but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis when exceptional circumstances apply.
