In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to initiate a refund request within this timeframe.

Eligibility

When a Refund May Apply

Wrong ProductIf you received the wrong product and have clear proof.
Damaged ProductIf the product arrived damaged and you can provide a picture.
FedEx DelayIf tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days and a missing mail request has been initiated with FedEx.
Return Limits

Returns Are Not Accepted

We do not accept returns due to the nature of the products we sell. However, if you received the wrong product or the product was damaged, and you have clear proof via a picture, then we are happy to refund you.

Before You Request

  • For a wrong or damaged product, prepare clear proof such as a picture.
  • For a FedEx transit delay, initiate a missing mail request with FedEx first.
  • Submit your refund request within 30 days following delivery whenever possible.

Please note that our satisfaction guarantee is valid for 30 days following the delivery of your order. While requests for refunds or exchanges beyond this 30-day period are not guaranteed, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.
