Dosage or reconstitution
Please note that all products are intended for research purposes only. We do not give any dosage or reconstitution instructions to customers under any circumstances.
How do I earn Hydro points?
Please check out the My Rewards button at the bottom left or log in and go to your Points and Rewards page for full details. You earn 5% cashback in points automatically with every order, and as you level up in tiers you unlock exclusive discounts and coupons.
When will new products come out?
We are constantly re-evaluating our product offerings and adding new ones based on demand. Please email us at [email protected] if you would like to see us offer a product that is not yet on our store.
Do you have a wholesale program?
Yes, please email [email protected] with your business needs and we can explain our wholesale program to you. Please note the order minimum for wholesale orders is $1,000.

Why has my order not shipped yet?
All orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. If your order has been processing for more than 2 business days, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Sometimes we are not able to ship orders until we confirm your address if our shipping software does not recognize the address provided.
Where can I see the tracking info?
The tracking info for your order will always be provided in your order completion email. Please check halfway down the email to see your FedEx tracking link, and check your spam folder if you believe you have not received the email.
